Yes, you read right. Bloody Mary grilled chicken!

Before I tell you about the chicken, let me tell you about Raw Spice Bar first.

When I got my goodies from Raw Spice Bar  I was actually a little confused as to what to do with them but still excited about trying something new. 

My husband and I grill most of our meat for the week on Sunday and we usually use the same ol' same ol' cajun seasoning every time. I eyeballed the Bloody Mary Mix and had a great idea. Why not put it on the chicken?

Seriously, I know it sounds weird but this Bloody Mary seasoning consist of pimenton, cayenne, black peppercorns, celery salt, Worcestershire powder, celery seed and other spices. See? Sounds like one heck of a seasoning for more than just a drink. And it was.

The chicken turned out fantastic and very flavorful but I think the Bloody Mary sample would have been enough to cover all for chicken legs. If I had more of the mix, I would have used it to make some sort of Bloody Mary dip or sauce to go on the legs. Or maybe just made a Bloody Mary. That chicken had me craving one hard for days after that.

The pepper chicken was suuuuper spicy and I'm sure it would have done quite well on all four legs or more. I knew better than to use so much pepper on two pieces of chicken but I didn't listen to my myself.

 So, please note: the samples may be small but the spices are powerful and go a long way!

So in a nutshell: do I recommend it?

YES!

Just don't underestimate to power of the spice!
